A Public Limited Company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act (1956) equity of the Company is held widely and listed in the Madras Stock Exchange, Chennai. Coxswain Technologies has affirmative plans already underway to be in the National Stock Exchange, Mumbai shortly taking the Company into the national league and becoming one of Indias prominent leaders in the broadcast business.

The Subscribed Equity Shares of the Company amounts to Rs.5,00,00,000/- (Rupees Five Crores). In 2001, the Company directed its energies and manpower into the Electronic Media, and is currently broadcasting 5 Satellite TV Channels. Coxswain Technologies has requisite permissions from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, New Delhi to broadcast the following five channels out of India.
